It started with a dream . . . memories of fun times camping at the lake with our three children during holiday breaks, summer vacations, and weekends turned into a passion to offer guests somewhere to stay when they, too, were making family memories at Lake Chelan. From pencil sketch to fruition, we have dedicated the past seven years to making our dream a reality. The name “Trouvaille” (trüˈvī) is inspired by the French word which means ‘discovery’ or ‘found treasure’… something that has been found, with a positive connotation: a great find, a remarkable find, an interesting find, an exceptional find. Wow! We think that sums up our guest inn perfectly! After your visit, we hope you agree! Building this guest inn has been a journey filled with unwavering commitment, hope, and dreams, and we are excited to share the end result with you. Relax at Trouvaille Guest Inn in between activities at the lake, the mountains, the wineries, or in town. Work continues on the grounds; soon we’ll have a beautiful lawn, swimming pool, hot tub, and new firepit. In the meantime, the patios offer magnificent views and the rooms provide comfort after an active day in the area!
