We look forward to welcoming you to Trouvaille Guest Inn in Manson, WA. Please take a moment to read the following important guest policies and information/disclaimers regarding your reservation:

Room rates are per night based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast and select beverages. 8.4% Washington State Sales Tax and 2% Lodging Tax and will be added to the reservation.

2-night minimum stay required (Call if exception requested but note that it is not guaranteed). Holiday weekends and area events may require a 3-night minimum stay.

Reservations: A valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Credit Card number and expiration date are required to make a reservation. When booking directly with us or our website, the first night stay will be processed at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be processed on the same credit card three days before arrival. We cannot accept personal checks.

Age Requirement for Booking Rooms: To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we have established a minimum age requirement for booking rooms at our inn. Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must be present during the stay. This policy applies to all room types. Not eligible for refund.

Room Block Reservations: In the event a guest requests a room block reservation of 3-5 guestrooms, a separate ‘Group Room Block Agreement’ signature is required. 

Check-In: 4-10pm (Early check in may be available upon request)

Check-Out: 11am

Guestrooms: King guestrooms comfortably accommodate 2 adults and one child (under 18); Double Queen guestrooms accommodate up to 4 people. Limited connecting rooms are available: one king room with an additional single convertible chair, adjoining to Double Queen room OR two Double Queen rooms adjoining each other.

Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy per room.  Additional charge of $25 will apply per guest per night for more than 2 people per room. 

Visitors:  Guestrooms, amenities, and property at Trouvaille Guest Inn are for registered guests only. Please check with hosts to request approval for visitors onsite.  We appreciate your cooperation. 

Smoking: Trouvaille Guest Inn is a smoke-free | vape-free environment. In consideration of other guests, smoking/vaping is ONLY allowed in the one designated smoking area located in the southeast section of the property.  Your cooperation is appreciated. SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY GUEST ROOMS, HOSPITALITY ROOM, or OUTDOOR COMMON AREAS. Please use designated smoking area only.  Marijuana is prohibited on Trouvaille Guest Inn property. It is illegal to smoke outdoors in Washington State and smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in $500 damage charges to the card on file.

Pets:  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in any guestroom at Trouvaille Guest Inn. Violation of this policy will incur a $500 damage fee and the reservation will be cancelled.

Accessibility: All of our guestrooms are located on the first floor. There are stairs to other parts of the property.

Damages to the property: We want our guests to enjoy their stay and experience at Trouvaille Guest Inn.  However, should there be excessive damage to the property or its contents, or missing items, you will be notified of additional charges that will be charged to your credit card on file. This includes, but not limited to a $500 charge for smoking/vaping in the guestroom or any other interior/porch space, as well as a $500 pet violation fee. If an unfortunate spill or accident occurs, please notify us to remedy as soon as possible. Please respect our property so that we can provide the same quality experience for everyone.

Hot Tub Rules:  Children under age 6 are not permitted in the outdoor hot tub.  People with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and woman who are or may be pregnant are advised to consult a physician before using the hot tub. Limit any one session in the hot tub to 15 minutes.  9AM-Dusk.

Swimming Pool Rules:  Please follow ‘Pool Rules’ posted at the swimming pool.  Please use swim deck shower before entering pool. No lifeguard on duty.  All children must be accompanied by an adult. Swim at your own risk.  No running, rough play, or diving permitted. No glass containers. Do not use pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have any transmissible diseases.  Pool Hours: 9AM-Dusk.

Fire Pit Rules:  Outdoor fire pit open until 11PM each day. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Privacy Policy:  We respect your privacy and we are dedicated to protecting and safeguarding your personal identifiable information.

Your Personal Information: Your credit card and personal information are required at time of reservation. This information is used to verify your identity and secure your booking. We only utilize your email address and/or cell phone number in pre-stay and post-stay communication. We will not disclose, share, sell, or divulge your personal information, such as address, email, and telephone numbers to third parties, unless we have informed you, been authorized by you, or are required to do so by law. We will maintain this information in accordance with our strict confidentiality standards.

DISCLAIMER: Trouvaille Guest Inn is located near multiple working orchards and vineyards which may include agricultural activities throughout the year during your stay. These activities may include, but are not limited to, pruning, mowing, and agricultural spraying (i.e., fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, etc.).  Some agricultural activities may occur early morning. Advance notice may not be possible. During any spraying activity, guests are advised not to sit outdoors and to keep guestroom door and window closed. These activities are limited durations of time and seasonal.
